Russian has been enabled at gnuherds.org


See attached the same PO file, splitted beetween:
  * GNU_Herds_messages.po   7 fuzzy
  * GNU_Herds_database.po   6 fuzzy

I have fixed my mistakes. Sorry.

P.S.: We are following your advice, using the iso-codes package.
