Yes, it is updated. However note that to get every feature working rightly
you should install it on a Debian 'etch' GNU/Linux system. It is required due
to some specific PHP libraries.
Debian 'etch' is the distribution used at production (gnuherds.org).
If you do not use Debian 'etch' yourself, you could install it on a virtual
machine. Nicodemo configured a QEMU virtual machine to be used as
development environment, but it is outdated now due to it was slow to work on
and it raised some issues due to the X graphic environment was not installed.
Anyway if you want to take a quick look to the working webapp, you can
download that Nicodemo's QEMU virtual machine at:
