With help in the form of two post-1.4.2-patched files

        v19-clin-hospital_stay-dynamic.sql
        v19-clin-procedure-dynamic.sql

I have been able to upgrade to v19 *** BUT *** I now see that

        all 467 rows in my clin.episode

and

        nearly all (739 of 742 rows, IOW all but Kirk's) in clin.encounter

now show as modified, with

        modified_when = 2013-11-27 15:36:40.755425-08

and so I am wondering …

1) was this intended?

2) is it agreed a problem?

3) what should be done about it?
