David you could also createuser richard perhaps, but I think when I wrote the 
gmDrugDispay.py months ago I hard coded everything in it and it will still 
look for a database called mimsannual (you could create that as well perhaps 
even though it will be empty of data). Do you subscribe to MIMS?
