[Gnumed-devel] $Log$ in gm*.py files

Keeping the CVS log messages as a changelog in the files has
the added benefit of not loosing them during a rename - which
happens with standard CVS.

I have added the lines

#============================================
# $Log$

to a few files. IMHO we should put this at the very end of the
files as it may potentially grow rather big

We might devise a script, too, that culls those messages
during installation at end-user sites.
