Apologies for the downtime of the free digital notary server 
address@hidden
No messages got lost, though some delayed considerably.

In order to avoid future trouble, I recommend to subscribe to the 
gnotary-users mailing list.
This is a low-volume moderated list wher only sysops/admins are allowed to 
post. No chat, only information about server uptime/downtime, alternative & 
new servers, and software updates.
