AMIS has both drug-to-class and drug-to-drug interactions, so we should
need this.

these are certainly country specific,

yes, but I would prefer a link in generic drug, since a product may have
different parts (say creme + suppository).

I would prefer putting brandname in product, as I don't see how different
manufacturers will have *exactly* the same product (think of adjuvants,
package size, even allowed indications can be different for same
active substance)
