Absolutely true. As long as we know the name of a prescribed item there
will be some way to find out *what* exactly that was.

That's why some people believe I'm trying to do abstract painting when

BTW, is there any concept on how to deal with those links between
description/therapy/referral to specialist and a given medical problem
in general ?
On the backend side this would probably mean a link between e.g.
clinical_diagnosis and script_drug.
On the other hand one might want to link events in general to a diagnosis.
Those events could include non-continuation of a drug because of adverse
events, changes in medication etc.
Any ideas ?
