[Gnumed-devel] backend dump

A suggestion to make it easier for new developers and people just wanting to 
try gnumed out:

We provide a dump of a monolithic database system (gnumed not making use of 
distributed services), so that the user can simply install & configure the 
lot with one single command from one single file.

We can gradually fill that database with test data, *and it remains the 
responsibility of whoever makes changes to the backend that are required by 
new frontend versions* to update the dump accordingly without losing any of 
the test data.

I would further suggest that for starters we may limit the dumps to the 
English version.
