Hi Michael,

this is looking good. Just two notes:

I personally find the warning popup "LNMP is in the future"
distracting. *I*'d prefer it to be less intrusive such as in a
status bar at the bottom of the window. We might want to ask
domain experts (obs+gyne, juvenile care specialists, etc.) on
advice.

Also, try hitting the up arrow on the LNMP year field until
you get into the future :-)  Nice lifelock there...

You were probably right in that Richard wanted to make the box
non-resizing. However, we still had the other glitches in that
case.

I18n looks good and did translate to German.
