[Gnumed-devel] Patient Selector

The patient selector notebook panel duplicates a "demographics" panel
in the "Patient" tab that Richard wrote. For some some reason, it was 
disconnected
from it's button (the binoculars on the top row next the picture).

I have reconnected it, it has space at the top for the search results
(query entered on the text box on the top row of the toolbar), plus controls
for address, phone nos, etc. This limits you to about 10 names in a search 
result,
but, IMHO, any more than this means your search-expression is too broad

I propose to integrate them, to keep in with Richard's design (that everything 
patient related
sat the "Patient" tab), this design also allows the user to search for patients 
quickly
(as the top toolbar is always visible) and gain key information (address, 
medicare no, etc)
quickly (as it is displayed on the same panel)
