I believe the word "dump" was mentioned somewhere so this

I do agree that handling two _different_ types of plugins may be confusing
to some. I do doubt that it makes much difference to the user.
Most likely whole-page plugins will be selected by moderately
sophisticated users, patient level plugins by power users
only. Most widgets utilizing patient plugins will come as a
package.

That may be true. Some of Richard's widgets, say the Edit
Area, need generalisation - and for good reason.
But we also need to remember that the power of Richards design
comes from it being a _concept_ as opposed to just a bunch of
widgets. It is functional (I assume) because it is the way it
is not because it has the widgets it has.
