Why isn't this program being promoted in Australia?
It's pretty comprehensive and free.
If it's run on a local server, I think it would be better than much of
the commercial stuff here.
why can't effort be spent
adapting it to local conditions, and promoting it as a low cost
alternative ?
There would still be need for programming it to suit local interfaces,
such as HIC specs etc.
