[Gnumed-devel] main menu layout

Dear GnuMedders,

what's the grouping of your practice's software's main menu
like and what is nice about that and what less desirable ? I
came to think that we'd need/want one more menu "Knowledge"
that gives access to all the knowledge related plugins (STIKO,
guidelines, google search, pubmed-by-email, ...). From there I
came to wonder what other menus we'd need.
