Richard,

Sure, BACKend to FRONTend :-)

*Entry* of allergies (or much of anything) will take A LOT of
effort to get right since we don't have ANY tested auditing
code/table in place. Or at least I haven't seen any and I
haven't seen anyone working on it - except maybe secretly
without telling us.

At this time I am not exactly up to taking on this task (once
it is done and a solid, working example of it is in place it
will be MUCH easier for all other data entry). So it'll take
some time until *I* start seriously working on it. Would be
glad to see anyone else starting work on that, though.

What I can do and feel like doing right now is hooking up the
top pane to the backend such that it works with real data
(even if there's just fake data in the DB). One interesting
thing that popped up during that work is that when doing a
"select age(dob) from identity where id = %s;" one will get
back a DateTimeDelta object (supposedly of mxDateTime fame)
but without any data in it - at least I cannot access the data
in a meaningful way. I haven't completed tracking this down yet.
And this is just to fill the Age field in the top pane ...

Allergies IS one, no ?

Sure, I'd be happy to get this much to work :-)

Yes, this is within the clinical_transaction that the allergy
row refers to.

I am attaching a copy of the current schema layout for easier
commenting.

OK, put in a note.

Thanks !
