Dear GnuMedders,

Thanks to excellent collaboration with the author of Libchipcard
 (www.libchipcard.de)
GnuMed can now make initial use of German patient chipcards !

This means that in the top panel patient selector you can
press ALT-K or ALT-C to access the list of currently available
chipcard data. Nothing much will be done with your selection,
however :-)

The whole think works async, i.e. one can insert cards in the
reader any time, a demon will read and store the card data.
Whenever the user wishes she can call up the list of available
chip cards to select from and make that patient active (which
will in turn start a whole slew of further actions on behalf of
that patient).

Code is in client/business/gmKVK.py

It should be noted that all the work done by Martin has been
carefully kept non-GnuMed-specific such that it can be reused
by, say Res Medicinae. Another note: this should work with any
chipcard reader that supports a standard CT-API so
theoretically any doctor using GnuMed anywhere should be able
to make use of German patient cards :-)

Thanks to Martin for working so well with us.

The one other thing is that the patient selector now marks its
content as selected upon tabbing in such that typing any character
will clear the field (except for cursor keys). That's IMHO even
more useful than just clearing the field upon receiving focus.
