[Gnumed-devel] plugin.name(_()) and disappearing toolbar

I have updated the internal infrastructure to use
<plugin>.internal_name() which in turn is predefined in
wxBasePlugin() as being the derived class' name
(self.__class__.name). Now, toolbars don't disappear anymore
after using the embedded Python Shell.

However, other things stopped working correctly, such method
calls inside other plugins' ReceiveFocus() (try XDT or Documents
for a starter). Hence the problem hasn't been uprooted. The
Python Shell does corrupt the call frame stack somehow.
