[Gnumed-devel] ConfigRegistry editor

Hi,

I uploaded a first version of gmConfigRegistry, a Windows-registry style
config parameter editor to test-area/hberger/ConfigRegistry
Up to now it just shows the names of stored parameters in a tree,
everything else (values, editing/adding/deleting) has yet to come.
Cookies are displayed as last part of the parameter name (if not
'__default__' and marked with a leading underscore.

Just linking to client/wxpython/gui should work.
Please test and comment.
