Hi,
just moved ConfigRegistry plugin from test-area to the main tree.
It offers now basic functionality to show and change values both in
config files and in the backend config tables.
Parameter validation and insertion/deletion of parameters or whole
subtrees is still missing.
Please test and report or fix problems if possible.
