How to use it:
1. Click on the date of the LMP in the calendar
2. Click on the box "Date" -- under "Ultrasound Scan - Revised EDC"
3. Click on the date of the ultrasound scan in the calendar
4. Use the spin dials to enter the estimated time of gest. (weeks 
   and days)

DONE! 


The calculator generates the same numbers as the one Richard did a
snapshot of. :-)


TODO/IDEAS
- flip calendar to 18/52 date --when 'Date' field is activated
- add status bar across the bottom (to give the user some tips about 
  how to use the calculator

The calculator is in the same place as before: test-area/michaelb/
