It was intended to be. It won't be for Very Specific Things,
i.e. the doctor wanting Exactly That piece of information.
SQL is still viable for business objects albeit their SQL is
also intended to be moved into remotely accessible servers but
that's a lot farther off as it isn't read-only in nature.

Well, I am sure the good folks at drugref.org will make that
happen. It will require server-side mapping of drug names to
classes to ATC codes.
