[Gnumed-devel] insert into genertaed log tables

I think there needs to be a grant insert on table log_xxxx  to group 
"_gm-doctors"  and other groups ( ? all groups)
after each log table is created.

Just guessing, seemed to work after I got a log_allergy permission 
denied , when trying to update the reaction info on a allergy.
