I followed the link from txoutcome to

and decided that that doctor needed a practice nurse, not a computer. He was 
busy doing things on the computer that should have been delegated - eg 
checking for a radiology apppointment time..
and this doctor

is doing the bills when does employ a receptionist.

I suggest that we don't follow those lines of thought.
I have tried to read the resmedicinae bit before and come unstuck in the 
German which is too hard for me these days
