I' m using postgres 7.3.4 (Debian testing)
It chokes on the "timestamp (%s)" typecasting function in some of the
vaccination queries.
Moving to %s::timestamp fixes the problem, the postgres docs aren't too helpful.
Is this syntax portable across versions?
More generally, do we have a mimimum postgres version that we support?
