What does that mean ?
Something like Doc A starts changing a patient but has to leave to take care of 
an emergency and Doc B has to take over ?
Wouldn't it make more sense in this scenario to first save the data and then 
re-open the same patient at the same edit area using the new user? If not, who 
will be responsible for the information entered ? Doc A ? Doc B ? Both ? 
That's like the second Doc trying to continue filling out a form while the 
first Doc still holding the pen the second Doc uses. Strange situation, IMHO.
