Hi Ian,

I have implemented a cDocumentCollection in gmMedDoc which
provides for get_mugshot_list(latest_only=1) and
get_doc_list(type=None). If type = None -> retrieve all
documents (their PKs, that is). If type = string -> translate
string(doc_type.name) -> doc_type.id. (That is what I mean by
named comm channel types etc, btw.)
