I'm sure this is not intentional.
IMHO there is still a lot of work in GUI design to be done, we need some way of
organising the modules into a coherent system, currently things pop up 
where-ever
individual developers think is appropriate (e.g. I have put the referrals 
writer under
"Patient Details", Sebastian has put the lab journal as a main notebook tab)
