Well, you might have no chance to do that since you may not be
presented with more control over medication listing other than
that on-off checkbox. We may not be printing a referral letter
(for which an intermediate "here's-the-thing" stage makes
immediate sense) but rather onto a form (for which that stage
also makes sense but is a lot more to implement for each and
every form template).
