Yes, but not before we verify that epydoc IS broken rather
than being extremely picky within the allowed constraints.

If, indeed, it suffices to import gmI18N (say, because epydoc
scans all imports when resolving unmet dependancies then
epydoc is right even if annoyingly picky.
