v_linked_comms has been added as v_pat_comms with some naming
changes to reflect coding style. In it's current form this
view will produce (no_of_identities * no_of_comm_types) rows.
Is this really what is intended ? I would prefer producing
rows only for existing comm links, eg. a straightforward
denormalization of lnk_identity2comm_chan, and checking for
len(rows) == 0 in the application.
