How about normal up and down ( without ctrl) but jumps to line above if at first line of a subsection( e.g. O goes to S) and the next subsection when at last line ( e.g. on 3rd line of a 3 line O , goes to A). Isn't this already there?Personally I would suggest Ctrl-CursorUp/Down. This holds with the convention that Ctrl-CursorLeft/Right jumps words. Other opinions ?
what's ctrl-P (Previous) ctrl-N ( Next) being used for? How about vi editor controls ; ) ( just a joke ? or a unix borg plot) .
