Syan,

the forms builder is quite interesting and a very nice way
of getting to know the schema. One thing you might consider to
increase its value would be to add tooltips to the fields
which display the database COMMENT on that field.

One criticism would be that it does not convey the many-to-one
relationships, eg. a clin_narrative row can be referenced by
many (but different) clin_narr_type rows.
