Presumably you know about the Uni of Wollongong draft Australian
standard path code lists - request codes and reports code - the latter a
subset of LOINC. If not, see http://www.austpath.uow.edu.au/index.cgi -
available in downloadable form. I have suggested that they clarify the
licensing of the code sets in writing - worth checking with them about
this - but the intention is to make them freely available.
