It's a clin_health_issue. If you want to record the 1990 high
blood glucose you can eiter name the health issue "Diabetes
(gluc++ 1990)" or - IMO better but maybe a bit more
work - add a Soap row "elevated glucose found in 1990" to the
health issue by way of some episode.
