Well, one might define as few or as many types as one sees fit
and note down additional attributes of a measurement in the
comment field. Filtering on the comment field is STILL
possible provided locally consistent comments are used.
Eg., the size of the cuff is intended to *normalize*
measurements, not to provide for different types thereof.
Hence it surly makes sense to not record that as different
types of measurements but rather as textually stored
attributes.
