I was thinking we would *not*. They'd be displayed read-only
in the right-hand browser just as we already do in the
EMR browser plugin. Actually, once this SOAP entry widget is
working we might want to drop the browser-only plugin and just
use the soap entry plugin browser for browsing. It may be an
idea to allow the user to use a horizontal splitter window for
left-hand soap input and right hand emr browser to allow the
user to epand the right side when browsing only.

I agree. Let's not use it for editing old notes. Which, however,
can still be useful for fixing typos and stuff. We do have the
audit trail in any case.
