I have no MIMS browser, but a drugref browser, implemented as web browser or 
as standalone python module or as gnumed(-mini) plugin. It uses the published 
drugref API to interface with various backends, including MIMS

That is, drugref can interface the MIMS database (most of it) right now, I am 
playing with this every day in my practice, honing and extending it. One of 
the things I'll demonstrate at TPOSCON
