The new public database at salaam.homeunix.com should be up
and running for people.
I have added an appropriate profile to
gnumed/client/etc/gnumed.conf.example for people to copy to
their config files.
Use
host: salaam.homeunix.com
db: gnumed
user: any-doc
pw: as usual
