Carlos, I'm willing to help in whatever way I can.

There are a lot of fixes which are standard to most TWiki installations 
which need to be done. For example, we need to replace TWikiRegistration 
with TWikiRegistrationPub. There is a good way to do this and a bad way. 
The good way involves automatically changing all the links...
Also, sendmail or the perl module needs to be set up to send emails.
And I few other things like fixing the toolbar on the left hand side of 
the gnumed wiki so that it works.

I can do all this standard admin stuff with root access, although I've 
never given root access on my machine to anyone else before so I'm not 
sure if you want to do that.
