No, there was no rootkit file in the twiki installation. The
rootkit file was in the GnuMed Wiki *data* files. Nothing to
do with the wiki installation itself.

Sounds like you are the man for this.

Please note that the GnuMed wiki data files are not the same
as in the backup tarball that Carlos installed anymore. I
already modified some pages.
