Well, the point was to put something "long" but "related"
there, eg. "GNUMED-EMR-WIKI-VEIL". Something that separates the
email parts fairly far apart but is still easily removable by
a human eye scanning the text. Also, statistics attacks will
be harder because "gnumed" "emr" and "wiki" appear many times
on those pages.

I would not try any harder than that...
