"User visible" is the key point. Another phrase would be to
document the concepts. Code that is not visible should be
documented in the source for epydoc to pick up.

Along that line, does anyone know how to make epydoc document
code that imports wxpython when running unattended (eg from
cron) ? We have an X server running, I have been trying to
fiddle with "export DISPLAY=..." and "xhost +" to no avail.
Importing wx fails with "GTK: cannot open display". Googling
did not get me any further.
