Close.... After being reviewed and validated, a very similar approach 
(EMR struct element list + adecuate element editor (editable element 
fields + action buttons) ) could be used for, at least, health issues 
and encounters... that's the purpose of gmEMRStructWidgets.

Initially, this editor is intended to be rised by right clicking over a 
health issue in the multisash soap editor -> 'Add episode', or by double 
clicking a health issue without episodes in the same list... Also, we 
can rise it, as in previous Syan's patches, in right click over EMR tree 
-> 'Add episode'...
