[Gnumed-devel] php-drugref CVS additions

we have added to CVS
- data dump of the complete drug interaction information in Holbrook's tables, 
all mapped to one or more ATC codes
- import scripts doing the above
- php scripts allowing to allocate and maintain ATC code mappings
- dump of a fairly large ATC code mapping database
- scripts to import MIMS annual and MIMS abbrev. information as provided by 
MIMS into postgres, into new namespaces (schemas) "mimsannual" and "mimsabb"

We have not added the MIMS data yet until we have written confirmation from 
MIMS that we are allowed to do that. Those who have the MIMS data 
(subscribers or those with developer contracts), can import it now.

Jay and I will go scuba diving now, and when we are back tomorro we'll 
hopefully be able to submit the new drugref-MIMS adapter / RPC service.
