Gnumed development guides are taking shape on our wiki. Planning occurs mainly on the developer mailing list and the code itself is maintained in CVS.  Otherwise, feel free to explore here at gnumed.org which will get more active when Gnumed is ready for clinical use.

All good ideas but challenges to get done. I have begun a few small changes, tidying a few items off the main page and reorganizing a bit of what is under Developer's Corner.
