Karsten, I only just now got to look at the "UserGuide" you created 
which I see is an anchor within the larger "manual".

I also note some overlap between what you have done and what I later 
added to "User Support" (which I renamed "Getting Started")

but some of what I added will (IMHO) still help people coming in 
"cold" from the outside, maybe more if from a mid-to-lower level of 
expertise but maybe not just them. So I would tend to like us to keep 
what I have added.

However how about if I transfer/merge into DeveloperGuideInManual:

for the technically adept:
        ?        read the White Papers
        ?        get an understanding of the DbStructure
	?	 consult, as required, the DatabaseSchema, and the 
APIDocumentation
        ?        adhere to the Coding and Module-design Guidelines
        ?        more at Development Reference

Also there is some content listed on the DevelopmentIndex topic that 
does not (yet) appear in the manual, should I link these from inside 
the manual or do you prefer to wait until we "get there".
