I think that Ian means the fact that someone checked the patient's results (better specified that someone set reviewed_by_clinician as True).

If a doctor had not set focus on that patient, but had instead accessed the results off multiple patients through a lab journal viewer, it could be tidy for an automated entry to be written into the record of each affected patient.

Results that are presented in the queue as not having yet been reviewed_by_clinician might start off listed by date&time of arrival but better option would be:

- all results that are flagged by the lab as abnormal (even, critical) be presented at top, with the remainder of any particular patient's results nested under the abnormal ones before presenting the next patient's

- option or default to filter on test results requested by current clinician (optionally, this person could choose to review the results ordered by co-workers who may be away)

Also, because a clinician who is reviewing results may not set as True all of the available results for a particular patient, maybe test_results requires a date_time() stamp for reviewed_by_clinician_when or reviewed_when
