It's the little things that make a release. Well actually not but I thought
it sounded cool:-)

What is the official and forever to be used spelling for Gnumed, GNUmed,
GNUMed,GnuMed ?

I would go for GnuMed or GNUMed.

I want to introduce some consistency here for marketing purposes.
