Thank you for that excellent real life test.

@Jim,
If Tim does not object could you please put a summary of how the name was
derived into the Wiki?

Unless I receive word about a good reason why I sould not settle with 
'GNUmed' it will be GNUmed from now on. I will start to change references in
a week or so. Remind me if I forget.
