On the topic of windows / linux networks,  what are the licensing / security/
other issues
when installing cygwin on a windows machine in a organizations network?

I'm finding it isn't difficult to install ssh as client / server applications 
using
cygwin on windows machines , in order to use things like scp and ssh for file
transfer
between machines , but there probably are some issues .
